At the meeting the coordinator paid the highest tribute to President Kim Il Sung on the 59th anniversary of the victory of the Korean people in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The President made immortal contributions to Korea's reunification by setting forth fair and aboveboard proposals for reunification including the three principles of national reunification, the ten-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo, he said, and went on:

General Secretary Kim Jong Il formulated those proposals as the three charters for national reunification, thus performing great feats for Korea's reunification.

The Workers' Party of Mexico sent firm support and solidarity to the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people striving to build an economic power and improve the people's livelihood while steadily increasing the defence capability including nuclear deterrent to cope with the threat of war and economic sanctions by the U.S.

The coordinator heartily wished the WPK and the Korean people great success in their efforts to build a thriving socialist country and achieve the peaceful reunification of the country under the wise leadership of First Secretary Kim Jong Un.
