He has wisely led the Korean People's Army with his gifted stratagem and commanding art, while always making long journey for Songun leadership together with leader Kim Jong Il, he said, and went on:

The sovereignty of socialist Korea is being firmly guaranteed and the DPRK is giving fuller play to its dignity and might as an invincible military power thanks to the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Un.
