Exhibited at it will be machinery, electric and electronic products, vehicles, consumer goods, medicines and other products of companies of various countries and regions, including the DPRK, China, Russia, France, Switzerland, Australia, the Czech Republic and China's Taipei.

The fair will be conducive to promoting cooperation and exchange among countries and regions in trade, economy and science and technology.

The program of the trade fair also includes investment-related explanation sessions and consultations and participants' visit to industrial establishments in the Rason Economic and Trade Zone, according to Kim Sun Hui, a section chief of the Rason Exhibition Corporation.

The 1st Trade Fair took place in August Juche 100 (2011).
