The General Association of Koreans in China in its statement said that under the strong backing of the U.S. the south Korean puppet intelligence and plot-breeding bodies formed vicious anti-DPRK terrorist organizations with renegades for carrying out all forms of subversive activities and sabotage and are now infiltrating them into the DPRK in an attempt to commit hideous terrorism against it.

The Federation of Korean Businessmen in China and the Federation of Korean Youth in China in their statements accused traitor Lee Myung Bak of making no scruple of committing such terrorism as attempting to demolish the statues of the peerlessly great persons, not content with having completely derailed inter-Korean dialogue.

The Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification in its commentary noted that the recent attempted hideous terrorism wire-pulled by the U.S. behind the scene gave the lie to its claim that it has no hostile intent on the DPRK.

The Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia in a statement branded Lee as the sworn enemy of the Koreans with whom the Korean nation can never live under the same sky.

The Federation of Koreans in the U.S. in a statement urged the U.S. to immediately roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK, put an end to its war moves and build a peace-keeping regime. It also demanded the Lee "government" respect the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and opt for national reconciliation and independent and peaceful reunification.
