Russian Political Parties Visit DPRK Mission

Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- A Russian party delegation and a party leader paid a congratulatory visit to the DPRK mission in Nakhodka on July 31. They were the delegation of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation led by its first secretary and the chairman of the Nakhodka Regional Committee of "A Just Russia." They visited it to congratulate the dear respected Kim Jong Un on his receiving the title of DPRK Marshal and observe the 10th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's historic visit to Far Eastern Region and the first anniversary of his visit to Siberia and Far Eastern Region of Russia. They laid a floral basket and bouquet before a full-length portrait of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and made bows to them. Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were conveyed to the DPRK consul general in Nakhodka by the first secretary and the chairman. The first secretary said that under Kim Jong Un's wise leadership the DPRK has increased national defence capabilities and improved the standard of people's living amid complicated international situation. Calling on Russian people to hold aloft the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the first secretary referred to the fact that Juche idea study organizations in Far Eastern region are changing their names into associations for the study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. The chairman said that the conferment of the title of DPRK Marshal on Kim Jong Un was attributable to his feats, and it was a great auspicious event for not only the Korean people but all the members of "A Just Russia." It was also a historic event that gave hope to the progressive parties struggling for socialism, the chairman stressed. |
