The bulletin carried articles titled "Just and fair proposals for national reunification advanced by President Kim Il Sung" and "Life for national reunification".

It elaborated on huge efforts made by Kim Il Sung to leave a reunified country with the coming generations, considerate of the nation suffering from division.

Kim Jong Il formulated the three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo as the three charters for national reunification and provided the June 15 north-south joint declaration, it noted.

It said that Korea could not be reunified as the traitorous Lee Myung Bak regime has been engrossed in the moves against reunification, obsessed by the idea of relying on foreign forces, and the U.S. has intensified the moves against the DPRK.

It expressed belief that the people of the DPRK will foil the moves of the anti-reunification forces inside and outside and surely achieve the reunification of the country.
