US, Japan, S. Korea Kick Off Reckless Saber-rattling

| Pyongyang, August 9 (KCNA) -- The U.S., Japan and south Korea have become intent on joint military exercises for launching a new war any time, straining the regional tensions. It was announced on August 7 that the U.S., Japan and south Korea would stage joint drills in waters off Hawaii on Wednesday and Thursday. It is said that the navies of the U.S. and south Korea, the U.S. coastal guard corps and the Japan Maritime ''Self-Defense Force" would hold the drills for ship inspection, search and rescue. |
