| Pyongyang, August 9 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, received a congratulatory message from Cuban President of the Council of Ministers Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of Council of State, on August 6.
