| Pyongyang, August 9 (KCNA) -- The dear respected Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of sympathy from the Cuban president of the Council of Ministers Raul Castro Ruz, president of the Council of State, on August 6. The message said: I sincerely express my sympathy to you and the inhabitants in the disaster-stricken areas as the recent flood claimed heart-rending human and material losses. I would like to convey my hearty sympathy and the sincere feelings of solidarity of the Cuban Communist Party and the government and people of Cuba to you and the party, government and the fraternal people of Democratic Korea.
