Pak Ui Chun Greets Uganda's Acting FM

Pyongyang, August 10 (KCNA) -- Pak Ui Chun, foreign minister of the DPRK, sent a message of greeting to Okello Oryem, acting foreign minister of Uganda, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries on August 1.

The message said:

The DPRK and Uganda have expanded and developed the friendly and cooperative relations in different fields for the past four decades since the two countries' establishment of diplomatic ties.

I am pleased with the fact that the Ugandan government and people are registering successes in their work for consolidating the country's peace and stability and achieving economic development.

I am convinced that the good bilateral friendly and cooperative relations would steadily grow.
