The bulletin said that Korea was liberated on August 15, 1945 from the military occupation of the Japanese imperialists thanks to the adroit and superb guerrilla tactics of President Kim Il Sung, the legendary hero.

It went on:

Kim Il Sung, who set out on the road of revolution in his early years to save the destiny of the country and people, created many guerrilla tactics during the period of the anti Japanese armed struggle.

He won successive victories in many battles of the great anti-Japanese war by rare and mysterious tactics, finally defeating the Japanese imperialists and accomplishing the historic cause of Korea's liberation.

It noted that the exploits performed by Kim Il Sung for Korea's liberation will shine forever in the world history of the struggle for national liberation in colonial countries.
