The war exercises, which would involve many U.S. imperialist aggression troops and huge military hardware, are part of the U.S. scenario to stifle socialist Korea of Juche by force of arms, the statement said, and went on:

Ulji Freedom Guardian is to be held at a time when the hideous state-sponsored and politically-motivated terrorism to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK was disclosed.

In the face of their failed anti-DPRK smear campaign and psychological warfare, the U.S. imperialists have tried to put the DPRK under their control by force of arms and, furthermore, establish dominium over the Asia-Pacific region.

We demand the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime stop all war exercises and provocations and make apology for hatching terrorist plots against the DPRK.

We call on other countries not to blindly follow the U.S. imperialists' moves against the DPRK.

We appeal to Juche idea, Songun idea followers in the world to extend more powerful encouragement and support to the DPRK.

It is our belief that the Korean people would foil provocations and aggression moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces under the leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
