Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean regime is conspiring with the U.S. in driving the defectors to south Korea and wicked renegades into hatching plots against the DPRK and subversive and sabotage activities against it. There are at least 300 organizations engaged in such activities organized with those defectors to south Korea. They include the "Committee for Democratizing the North", "Federation of Movement for Freedom in the North", "General Association of Organizations of Defectors", "NK Intellectuals Solidarity", "Association of Defectors for Preparations for Unification", "Headquarters of Movement for Democratizing the North", "Front for Liberation of People in the North", "Alliance of Free Soldiers in the North" and "Alliance of Defectors' Societies in South Korea." The puppet regime selects wicked renegades and takes them to the U.S. so that they may get special education and training. They gather confidential information about the DPRK through the above-said organizations. The south Korean "Ministry of Unification" and the Intelligence Service select guys capable of gathering information and infiltrate them into the DPRK side after providing them with mobile phones and digital cameras. They are desperately driving them into information gathering operations, with promises that if any informant succeeds in bringing a video lasting 10 seconds on the life of inhabitants of the DPRK markets, he may be paid up to 100 U.S. dollars, if anyone who brings confidential information, he may receive 280-470 dollars and whoever gathers information about the leadership of the DPRK may get up to 1 400 dollars. According to south Korean media, more than a hundred organizations called "Brokers of Information about the North" are active in areas near the northern border of the DPRK. The U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime are hurling anti-DPRK plot-breeding organizations into the operations to disturb the mindset of the people in the DPRK. The "Federation of the Movement for Freedom in the North" and other organizations of defectors to south Korea are busy scattering leaflets and airing broadcasting programs hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and distorting and slandering the socialist system in the DPRK and its policies. Tens of millions of leaflets have been scattered hundreds of times through those defectors and renegades. Since 2010, they have sent balloons containing specially manufactured "DVD leaflets" and "USB leaflets" into the DPRK side claiming that a leaflet can contain just a page of a newspaper but a DVD may carry a lot of anti-DPRK propaganda stories. In 2011 alone, the anti-DPRK plot-breeding organizations sent balloons carrying 1.7 million leaflets, over 1 550 DVDs, more than 7 000 pieces of one U.S. dollar note and pamphlets and poor quality foodstuffs and daily necessities, etc. under the patronage of the puppet regime. The then U.S. President Bush invited to the White House in September 2008 Pak Sang Hak, representative of the "Federation of the Movement for Freedom in the North" who took the lead in the leaflet scattering operations. Bush told him not to lose courage, praising him for doing a tough job for the freedom of the north. The regime is spreading anti-DPRK rumors based on lies and fabrications through defectors to south Korea, asserting it quoted "sources from Hamgyong Provinces" and "sources from Ryanggang Province." |
