U.S. and S. Korean Regime's Attempted Terrorism against DPRK under Fire
|

Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- Vishwanath, secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, released a statement on August 8 denouncing the U.S. and its south Korean puppet regime for attempting state-sponsored and politically-motivated hideous terrorism against the DPRK. He said: Brought to light was a terrorist plot of the U.S. and its south Korean puppet regime to demolish statues of the great persons symbolic of the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. This attempt touched off resentment and shock not only among all Koreans but among all other peoples of the world. Such plot is an undisguised insult to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and a serious challenge to the world peace and security. The U.S. and its south Korean lackeys are letting loose sheer sophism in a bid to mislead public opinion. Moreover, they are working hard to cover up the truth about the case by killing those concerned with it. With nothing can they hide the monstrous crime committed against history, mankind and the Korean people. I, on behalf of the Juche idea adherents all over the world, vehemently condemn the above-said terrorism attempted by the U.S. and its south Korean puppet regime against the DPRK. They should halt at once such anti-DPRK campaign, keenly aware that with such politically-motivated dastardly and base terrorism they can never break the single-minded unity of the DPRK around the leader. |
