The message said he, on behalf of the Nigerian government and people and on his own behalf, would like to extend sincere congratulations to His Excellency Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on the day of Korea's liberation.

It said they are recollecting with pleasure the Korean heroes who won brilliant victory and laid a solid foundation for the building of a great state.

It voiced expectation that the celebration of the day of victory would encourage the great Korean people to carry out the desire of preceding leaders for building peaceful and thriving Korea.

The message said availing themselves of the significant opportunity, they extend greetings of best wishes to Kim Jong Un.
