Kim Il Sung's Feats for Korea's Liberation Lauded by Foreign Media
Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) -- A Bangladeshi paper and Cambodian radios made commemoration reports between August 8 and 13 to mark the 67th anniversary of Korea's liberation.

The Bangladeshi paper Natun Katha said the anti-Japanese armed struggle commanded by President Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, was a legendary guerilla warfare unprecedented in the world.

It added:

The President waged a 15-year-long hard-fought armed struggle with neither state backing nor the aid by a regular army.

He set forth the line to liberate the country with arms in reliance on the popular masses, not with the help of outsiders.

With adroit strategy and superb tactics he overwhelmed the numerical and technical superiorities of the Japanese imperialists by superiorities in strategy and tactics, achieving the historic cause of the country's liberation.

The great personality of Kim Il Sung as the legendary guerilla commander will shine long in history.

FM 90.5 Radio of Cambodia said it was just Kim Il Sung who liberated Korea from the destiny of colonial slave, elaborating on how he achieved the historic cause of Korea's liberation by depending on the strength of the popular masses.

It was thanks to him that the Korean people could be freed from the military occupation of Japanese imperialism and open the wide avenue for building an independent and sovereign country as masters of their destinies, it added.

Apsara Television and Radio of Cambodia also aired the feats of the President for Korea's liberation.
