Jang conveyed greetings of the dear respected Kim Jong Un to Wen Jiabao.

Expressing deep thanks for this, Wen Jiabao requested Jang to convey his warm greetings and sincere wishes to Kim Jong Un.

Wen Jiabao expressed deep sympathy over the recent flood that hit the DPRK, causing damage, convinced that the Korean people would tide over the difficulties and step up socialist construction under the leadership of First Secretary Kim Jong Un.

He deeply felt through various meetings that leader Kim Jong Il set store by the development of the China-DPRK friendly relations, Wen said.

The China-DPRK friendship that has stood the hardships of the history is the common precious wealth, and the Chinese party and government are valuing this, he noted.

The third meeting of the China-DPRK Joint Guidance Committee will offer an occasion for the smooth promotion of the development of the two economic zones and the strengthening of the economic trade relations between the two countries and thus make contribution to the China-DPRK friendship, he stressed.
