The message said that upon hearing the very surprising news that flood hit several parts of the DPRK recently, causing damage, he expressed profound sympathy to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the flood victims and their bereaved families in the afflicted areas.

The message expressed conviction that the heroic Korean people would come back to a normal life as early as possible after overcoming all challenges caused by the bad weather under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Paying the highest respect to Kim Jong Un, the message sincerely wished the people of the DPRK steady progress and prosperity.
