They are drawing into the saber-rattling even military personnel of different countries which had dispatched troops to the last Korean War under the helmet of the "UN forces".

Rodong Sinmun Sunday in a bylined article says in this regard:

The frantic war drills may become a fuse for a new Korean war. It is crucial to shatter their moves, remove the root cause of war and achieve the durable peace.

The ceaseless anti-DPRK war maneuvers staged by the U.S. imperialists and the Lee Myung Bak puppet regime in south Korea are the root cause wrecking peace.

Ulji Freedom Guardian is a dangerous maneuver to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.

There is no legal guarantee for providing peace and security in the Korean Peninsula at present. The Korean Armistice Agreement has already become invalid as the war-like forces at home and abroad threatened peace and security in the peninsula. The danger of war has reached the extremes owing to the vicious moves of the south Korean conservative regime for confrontation with the DPRK and heinous provocations against it.

What the U.S. seeks is to swallow up the whole of Korea and hold hegemony in Northeast Asia with south Korea as a military base and springboard. Following this aggression-minded foreign forces, the Lee Myung Bak regime is contemplating unleashing the second Korean war.

If the enemy dares preempt an attack on the DPRK, all its service persons and people will give free rein to the might of Songun they have built to wipe out the provocateurs to the last man and remove the root cause of aggression and war.
