The fascist authorities arrested and brought a complaint against him in May last year for the mere reason that he posted on Internet homepage articles praising the nuclear tests of the DPRK and exposing the conspiratorial nature of the "Cheonan" warship sinking case from July 2009 to March last year.

At several trials he justified his activities, shouting "Long live the great DPRK!" Enraged at this, the court inflicted penal servitude on him, claiming that he "praised the north, the anti-state organization," and "insulted the court at trials".
