The Nepali paper Noya Kotparwa on Aug. 10 in an article titled "Songun and Kim Jong Il" said that he developed in depth the Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and formulated the Songun politics as a basic political mode under socialism.

It noted: Kim Jong Il put forward the Korean People's Army as the main force for accomplishing the socialist cause and put the country's military capacity on the highest level by dint of it. This helped the DPRK steadily hold high the socialist banner despite the worst adversity and bring about a leap forward in building a thriving nation.

It is thanks to the Songun politics that a foundation for achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea has been laid and the country's international position raised remarkably. Not a few politicians are learning from Kim Jong Il's Songun politics.

The Nepali paper Charcha on Aug. 13 carried an article highly praising the immortal exploits performed by Kim Jong Il in his Songun leadership under the title "Kim Jong Il, 52nd anniversary of his start of Songun leadership".

A paper of Myanmar on Aug. 11 in an article titled "The road being taken by the DPRK" said that the Korean people would never step back from the road of independence.

The paper cited facts to prove that the DPRK is an independent state.

It is quite natural for the Korean people to keep to the road of independence, Songun and socialism to the last under the guidance of the dear respected Kim Jong Un identical to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in ideology, leadership and personality.
