The on-going exercises have put the peace on the Korean Peninsula at serious peril and are making the dark clouds of a nuclear war heavily hanging over the heads of the Koreans.

The prevailing situation goes to clearly prove that though the U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime say they "have no hostile intents" on the DPRK, they are watching for a chance to provoke a new war in actuality.

The army and people of the DPRK are closely following every move of the enemy with bitter resentment at the U.S. imperialists and the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors, in hearty response to the order given by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.

The DPRK will bolster up its war deterrent for self-defence to cope with the reckless moves of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime for a nuclear war. Should they preempt firing at the DPRK, it will never miss the opportunity but wage a great war for national reunification.

The DPRK will achieve the country's reunification through this decisive war by removing the Military Demarcation Line.
