It is now inspiring people in their efforts for recovering from flood damage.

Ho Song Chol, an officer of the Korean People's Army, who is mobilized in a recovery operation in South Phyongan Province, told KCNA:

"We, servicepersons, are pressing ahead with the recovery work, inspired by the song.

Singing the song, we are working day and night, overfulfilling the daily assignments. Looking up to the red flag of the Workers' Party of Korea, inscribed with hammer, sickle and brush flag, we are overcoming all sorts of difficulties.

We hold the flag dearer than our lives."

Ham Il Gwan, another KPA officer, said:

"It sings of the truth that the Korean people can tide over any difficulties only when they follow the way indicated by the WPK.

It instills the belief in the minds of the Korean people that their leader and the WPK are the best in the world and that they are sure to win the final victory."

Ko Nam Suk, an official of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, said:

"The Korean people owe their happiness and bright prospect to the WPK guidance. Encouraged by the song, we have turned out in the drive to make the province more prosperous."
