After Lee Myung Bak's taking office, the prosecution dominated by Lee's close confidants who are ultra-right fascist elements, has taken the lead in suppressing the south Koreans' movement for independence, democracy and reunification.

The prosecution's investigation reveals the fear of a guilty man.

Fearful of the trial of history it will have to stand in the event of the replacement of the conservative regime, the prosecution has become more desperate to maintain the conservative regime by staking its fate on the upcoming "presidential elections."

It is clear that it will cook up and make public all kinds of plots against the democratic reformist forces and clamp down on them with the approach of the "presidential elections."

If the fascist prosecution is allowed to go on the rampage aligning itself with the conservative regime, it would not be possible to realize the south Koreans' desire for new politics, new life nor would it be possible to mend the north-south ties.

It is quite natural that the south Koreans of all social standings are demanding the prosecution stop prejudiced investigation and make thorough-going investigation into the hideous graft cases of traitor Lee and the "Saenuri Party's" clan.

The prosecution is bound to meet the stern punishment of history for its dishonest investigation subservient to the regime.
