Dialogue, War Incompatible
Pyongyang, August 22 (KCNA) -- The Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea launched a war drill against the fellow countrymen in the DPRK, while calling for dialogue and humanitarianism.

In this regard Prof. and Dr. Kim Yong Hwang of Kim Il Sung University sent a letter to soldiers of a frontline unit.

The academician said in his letter:

The south Korean regime reportedly proposed a reunion of family members and relatives separated in the north and the south during the Korean War (1950-1953). It is so hypocritical.

I was born in Seoul and I am eager to meet my relatives in south Korea.

The puppet regime openly arrested the vice-chairman of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, as soon as he returned to south Korea after visiting the DPRK, rather than expressing condolences over the great loss of the nation.

Such being a fact, it is disgusting for the puppet regime to talk about the reunion and dialogue.

It pays lip-service to humanitarianism in a bid to calm down public protest against its anti-reunification confrontation policy.

It is now staging large-scale joint military exercises in collusion with the U.S. forces.

Dialogue and war are incompatible.

I ask you, soldiers, to deal an annihilating blow to the group of traitors by launching a war for national reunification in response to the order of respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Only then, can the entire Korean people enjoy a peaceful life.
