Under this situation, the people in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have fully prepared themselves to launch a sacred war against the provokers in hearty response to the order of Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un.

Jo Hyok Bong, an officer of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards, told KCNA:

　"In defiance of our peace-loving efforts, the U.S. and south Korean regime kicked off the extremely provocative and reckless military exercises, leaving the state of armistice out of control.

　An order was already issued.

　If they dare preempt firing at DPRK, we will remove the root cause of war on this land with physical counteraction beyond imagination."

Sin Il Nam, a member of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards, said:

"The military exercises launched by the warmongers clearly show that the sovereignty and peace of the nation can be guaranteed only by force of arms.

A spokesman for the Panmunjom Mission of the Korean People's Army stated that the war for reunification to be waged by the DPRK will not end in armistice.

What remains to be done now is to wage a merciless sacred war for wiping out the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces to the last man and reunifying the country to win a great, admirable victory."
