The military drills now under way under the pretext of "annual defence exercises" target the supreme leadership of the DPRK and envisage preemptive attacks on its strategic bases. This amounts to the declaration of a war as they clearly indicate the intention to invade the DPRK by force of arms.

The prevailing serious situation clearly shows who is the chieftain destroying and wrecking the peace and security on the Korean Peninsula, the root cause of a war and provocateur.

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime are made up of matchless war maniacs as they are set to fire bullets and shells on the people of the DPRK who suffered from severe flood damage.

The association urges them to behave with discretion, clearly mindful that those who are fond of playing with fire are destined to perish.
