UFG is the largest-ever war rehearsal involving huge war hardware and military personnel of allies of the U.S., and a dangerous military provocation to stifle the DPRK by force of arms, the joint statement said, and went on:

The U.S. and the forces following it are hell-bent on the moves to ignite a new war on the Korean Peninsula in disregard of the main spirit of the UN Charter and the Korean Armistice Agreement now when the international community is making efforts to defend global peace and stability. This unreasonable behavior is a grave insult and challenge to the world public.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime should stop at once their reckless war maneuvers.

The U.S. and its allies that finally kicked off the exercises for a war against the DPRK despite the repeated protest and condemnation of the Koreans and other peace-loving people of the world would not be able to escape merciless punishment of the army and people of the DPRK.
