Wind is sweeping Haeju City, South Hwanghae Province at a velocity of 25 meters per second with the maximum instantaneous velocity of 36 meters per second, Kangryong County of the same province at 21 meters per second, Sariwon City and Yonthan, Rinsan, Singye and Sohung counties of North Hwanghae Province at 18 meters per second, Onchon County of Nampho City and Thaethan County of South Hwanghae Province at 17 meters per second and other areas at over 10 meters per second.

It rained 39 mm in Samchon County, South Hwanghae Province from 11:55 to 12:55 Tuesday and 31 mm and 30 mm in Sudong District, South Hamgyong Province and in Thaethan County, South Hwanghae Province from 12:00 to 13:00 respectively.

The typhoon ranges from South Jolla Province in the south to North Hwanghae Province in the north.

It is moving northward at a velocity of 42 kilometers per hour.
