The U.S. singled out the DPRK as the first target for implementing the adventurous strategy.

The U.S. imperialists have already rounded off the strategic deployment of the U.S. troops present in south Korea, the south Korean puppet army, U.S. three services in Japan and the Pacific region and task force in its mainland and all kinds of war equipment such as nukes so that they may conduct a military operation against the DPRK any time.

The U.S. warlike forces intend to be adept in the sudden operation for invasion of the DPRK through frequent war exercises. They are mulling finding out a pretext to ignite a war against the DPRK by aggravating the situation.

What should not be overlooked is that they are going to use the Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea frantic in the confrontation with fellow countrymen as shock brigade and cannon fodder in war to implement their Asia-Pacific strategy.

The present situation requires the DPRK to bolster up its war deterrence physically and indicates that it was entirely just when it determined to fully reexamine its nuclear issue.

The DPRK clarified more than once that it would never possess even a single nuke if no nuclear threat is posed to it.

But the DPRK will bolster up its war deterrence to the maximum as long as the U.S. persistently pursues its hostile policy towards the DPRK and commits undisguised military provocations against it.
