The Japanese imperialists cooked up the "Ulsa Five-point Treaty" in 1905 to deprive Korea of the right to foreign diplomacy and establish a colonial domination over it. They fabricated the "Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty" on August 22, 1910 in a coercive manner and proclaimed it on August 29, reducing the Korean people into their colonial slaves.

Japan imposed indelible sufferings upon all the members of the Korean nation, occupying Korea for over 40 years.

All facts urgently require all the youth and students in the north and the south to pool their spirit of national independence, patriotism, wisdom and strength to force Japan to settle its past crimes and take the lead in the actions for checking its militarist moves for reinvasion.

Japan should clearly understand the strong will and spirit of the Korean youth and students in the north and the south to force it to settle the pent-up grudge of the Korean nation a thousand times, stop at once the attempt to grab Tok Islets and other moves for reinvasion and make an apology and reparation for all the crimes committed against the Korean nation.
