On the same day a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia led by Secretary-General Tan Sri Mohamad Radzi Abdul Rahman and a Vietnamese government economic delegation headed by Nguyen Thanh Bien, vice-minister of Industry and Trade, went back home.
