Among them were the chairman of the Communist Party of Germany, general secretary and international secretary of the New Yugoslav Communist Party, chairman of the Socialist Freedom Party of Egypt, vice-chairman of the Workers' Party of Turkey, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxism), secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, general secretary of the International Anti-Imperialism Coordinating Committee, secretary-general of the Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Organization and the secretary general of the African Regional Committee of Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People.

Also among them were high-ranking officials of political, social and economic circles and representatives of international organizations, Juche idea study organizations, organizations for supporting the reunification of Korea and friendship organizations of China, Russia, Nepal, Pakistan, Indonesia, Norway, Germany, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, UK, Austria, Iceland, Uganda, Egypt, Ethiopia and Ecuador.

They said that the immortal feats Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed by working military miracles for the first time in the world history of wars and winning one victory after another in the confrontation with imperialism and the U.S. would shine forever.

They also expressed belief that only victory and glory are in store for the Korean people advancing true to the leadership of Kim Jong Un, another brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu.
