As of 12:00 Thursday, the typhoon was located in the sea south of South Jolla Province at 33.5 degrees north latitude and 127.4 degrees east longitude.

With 990 hPa in the center, it has a maximum wind speed of 25 meters per second.

It has a radius of 300 km with wind of over 15 meters per second.

From Thursday evening to Friday, South Hamgyong and Kangwon provinces are likely to experience heavy rainfall, accompanied by strong wind, affected by the typhoon to be gradually weakened by tropical depression.

30 to 50 mm rainfall is forecast in some areas of North and South Hwanghae provinces.
