The Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting’s Union and the General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute in a joint statement on Aug. 22 said it was hard fact that the joint military exercises of the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces were armed provocations aiming at the preemptive attack.

However, the U.S. war scenario for aggression will never work on the DPRK, the statement said.

The army and people of the DPRK, true to the order of Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, will annihilate the enemies to the last one if the warlike forces of the U.S. and south Korea fire even a bullet into the inviolable territory of the DPRK, it stressed.

They vehemently denounced the Ulji Freedom Guardian war drills and extended full support and solidarity to the army and people of the DPRK in their just struggle to drive out the aggressors and reunify the country.

The Bolivia-Korea Friendship Association in a statement on Aug. 23 denounced the madcap U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises for aggression, branding them as dangerous provocations to the peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and rest of the world.

The U.S. and its stooges will not be able to break the idea and will of the Korean people advancing under the banner of the Juche idea, the statement concluded.
