Kim in the message said that the Vietnamese people have registered big successes in the efforts for building a modern industrialized country by the year 2020.

Kim in the message expressed belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries which have a long history would favorably develop by their joint efforts, wishing the Vietnamese president good health and big success in his responsible work.
