| Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the DPRK Red Cross Society led by Vice-chairman of its Central Committee Paek Yong Ho left here Tuesday to take part in the meetings of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to be held in China. Arriving here on the same day was a delegation of the Communist Youth Collectives of Spain led by its General Secretary Juan Nogueira Lopez. |
