Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a bylined article that terrorism by proxy is a stereotyped method the U.S. has used historically targeting anti-imperialist independent countries on which its military muscle and psychological warfare are not workable.

The terrorism by proxy is, in essence, a crafty method employed by the U.S. to pit other countries and nations against another and fish in troubled waters, the article notes, and goes on:

To take an example, the intelligence service and plot-breeding institutions of the U.S. formed vicious terrorist organizations against the DPRK and provided them with a large amount of funds and destructive means, prodding them to commit terrorism and sabotages against the DPRK.

The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency has intensified its branches in south Korea as never before, while the south Korean puppet regime in collusion with the U.S. allured or abducted DPRK civilians to south Korea and used them for the anti-DPRK smear campaign. The regime even sent defectors to south Korea and traitors back to the DPRK assigned with the duties of the subversive activities and sabotages.

However, no form of terrorism will prove effective in the DPRK.

The more the U.S. resorts to vicious maneuvers, the more DPRK will heighten the revolutionary vigilance and bolster the military capacity,
