The president, on behalf of the government and people of Uganda, extended warm greetings to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the government and people of the DPRK on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Ugandan people extend congratulations to Kim Jong Un and people of the DPRK on this auspicious day, he said.

He expressed satisfaction over the good relations and cooperation between the two countries, reaffirming his resolution to work in close ties with Kim Jong Un to further develop these relations in the interests of the two countries.
