The prime minister said that he was greatly honored to extend the most sincere congratulations and best wishes to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the auspicious celebration of the 64th anniversary of the DPRK.

He, availing himself of the celebration of the important day in the history of the DPRK, sincerely hoped that the good and warm relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the mutual interests of the fraternal two countries and their peoples.
