S. Korean Army Plans War Drill against DPRK

| Pyongyang, September 5 (KCNA) -- The 17th Division of the south Korean Army is planning to stage a provocative war exercise for invading the DPRK in Inchon and Puchon and Kimpho areas of Kyonggi Province from Sept. 10 to 14, according to Yonhap News of south Korea. The war-like forces seek to mobilize lots of war equipment and troops for the drill aimed at establishing the capability of performing combined defense operation among civilians, government, military and police while pulling up the DPRK over "local provocation." Such reckless war moves are creating a touch-and-go situation in the Korean Peninsula. |
