Present there were Yun Tong Hyon, vice minister of the People's Armed Forces and generals and officers of the KPA on the DPRK side and the members of delegation headed by Joaquin Quintas Sola, vice minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and Leonardo Perez Mesa, military attache of Cuban embassy here, on the Cuban side.

At the talks both sides expressed willingness to further develop the friendly ties between the two armies and exchanged views on the issues of mutual concern.

The talks proceeded in comradely and friendly atmosphere.
