Present there on invitation were Osvaldo Napoli, chairman of the Committee for the Development of Relations and Cooperation with the DPRK of the Parliament who is vice-president of the Parliamentary Group of the Popular Liberty of the Chamber of Deputies of Italy, and his party, and Sergio Mercuri, Italian ambassador to the DPRK.

Present there were Kim Yong Il, secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol and other officials of the WPK Central Committee.
