It suspended all dialogues and cooperation which had been under way in the days of the preceding regimes and made the outbreak of a war against the DPRK an established fact, advocating the theory of "the principal enemy" and "preemptive attack." It has staged saber-rattling almost every day.

Pursuant to its conspiratorial scenarios, the Lee regime fabricated the "Cheonan" warship sinking case and the dangerous Yonphyong Island shelling incident in 2010.

Recently, the Lee regime's hideous provocation intended to dare hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK led to politically-motivated terrorism unprecedented in history and madcap nuclear test war drills against the DPRK were staged across south Korea. This indicates that the regime does not hesitate to perpetrate political and military provocations in a bid to do harm to fellow countrymen.

It is the ulterior intention of the Lee regime to realize its wild ambition for invading the DPRK by reducing all parts of Korea to ashes and making them drenched with blood.

It is the unshakable resolution and will of the DPRK not to pardon any force pursuing the policy of confrontation with compatriots and seeking a war against the DPRK in denial of the inter-Korean declarations. The destiny of the nation can never be a plaything of philistines, concludes the article.
