On display there are more than 2 400 products, diagrams, multi-media, etc. introducing medical science and technology achievements made by scientists, technicians and medical workers of healthcare institutions and enterprises at various levels from across the country.

The exhibition will also involve a scientific and technological forum, exchange and service for intellectual products and various other activities to introduce the method of diagnosis and treatment of significance in clinical practice and the achievements made in inventing new medical appliances and medicines.

Present at the ceremony were officials, scientists and technicians in the field of public health in Pyongyang and local areas.

The inaugural speech was made at the opening ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the exhibition.
