In the letter the AINDF Central Committee extended high tribute to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who performed the undying feats for building and strengthening the DPRK, reflecting the boundless reverence of the vanguard fighters and patriotic people in south Korea.

The letter extended the highest glory and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un who is bringing earlier the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche started on Mt. Paektu, holding high the banner of Songun.

It went on:

The foundation of the DPRK by Kim Il Sung was a great event which opened a new origin for building the state centered on the people on the basis of the Juche idea. As a result, our fellow countrymen could advance straight along the road of victory and glory with the powerful weapon for hewing out the destiny of the nation and achieving the prosperity of all generations to come.

The DPRK is shining brightly as eternal Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's Korea thanks to Kim Jong Un, who is making the history of this land the one of the Generalissimos with his noble moral obligation.

The vanguard fighters of the AINDF will consolidate the organization into the vanguard of devotedly defending the sun and that of human bombs and bullets working for reunification, upholding Kim Jong Un as the pillar of their destiny with one mind of loyalty with which they followed the Generalissimos.

We will mercilessly shatter the dishonest rackets of the group of traitors to slander, defile and encroach upon the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

We will more dynamically wage all-people actions to wipe out the pro-U.S., pro-Japanese traitors and the conservative ruling forces standing against the nation and reunification and thus certainly open up a broad horizon of independence, democracy and reunification.
