Upon authorization of the king, a delegation of the Ministry of Royal Palace of the Cambodian government headed by Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister for the Royal Palace, visited the DPRK embassy on September 5 and laid floral baskets before portraits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

A congratulatory message to the dear respected Kim Jong Un from the king was conveyed to the DPRK ambassador by the deputy prime minister.

Kong Sam Ol wished Kim Jong Un who is successfully carrying forward the cause of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il good health and happiness as well as the Korean people, close friends of the Cambodian people, greater success in building a thriving nation under his wise leadership.
