In the message the king extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the anniversary of the DPRK in the name of the Cambodian people and on his own behalf, and sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and greater success in the historic cause of leading the Korean people.

He said Kim Jong Un is the most dignified successor to Generalissimos President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

He praised Kim Jong Un as the greatest leader who is guiding the people, country and the army of the DPRK to the rosy future of peace, development and prosperity.

He expressed satisfaction over the steady development of the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation which make the two countries and peoples get united at all times.

He extended the highest respects to Kim Jong Un.
