The guests looked round the historical relics at the old home of the President in Mangyongdae, being briefed on the story associated with that old home.

The Vietnamese delegation also toured historic sites on Mangyong Hill.

The head of the delegation said Kim Il Sung was raised while receiving patriotic and revolutionary education from his parents from his childhood, adding:

I get to know well about his revolutionary career.

President Kim Il Sung together with President Ho Chi Minh provided the friendship between the two countries.

Kim Il Sung was a close friend of the Vietnamese people.

The delegation also toured the Ssuksom Revolutionary Site, the Party Founding Memorial Tower and the Rungna People's Pleasure Park and enjoyed the grand gymnastic and artistic performance "Arirang".
