The speech called for vigorously struggling for the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche and Songun started and led to victory by Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The Indonesian paper Koran Tempo on Sept. 4 carried the detailed gist of Kim Jong Un's work "Let Us Effect Kim Jong Il's Patriotism and Step Up the Building of a Prosperous Country".
